In game currencies

I've been having issues with apex coins and crafting metals, specifically where I'm not given my correct amount or none at all. I got 100 apex coins form the BP but stayed at 50 till the next one. Then opened a pack to get legendary crafting metals only to stay at 750? Idk what's going on but I want my stuff.
