Infinite loading screen
I’ve been troubleshooting this for 2 hours now, I get to the main loading screen and there an infinite spinning circle. Playing on steam.

I’ve tried all of these and still no luck, really disappointing I was looking forward to playing the new season ranked. It seems a lot of EA platforms just aren’t working on my PC including the EA App and the EA Support page/live chat. I don’t really understand, everything else is working just fine.

Community ManagerSorry, fixes for similar cases have varied quite a bit. In some cases, players have even reported that it started working again after some time without them changing anything.
If you’re willing, you could take a look through these older threads that do have posted solutions and see whether any of them sound close to your situation.
I do appreciate you in particular for attempting to help me LunardustCat, it is just very unfortunate that EA has such awful support systems in place for players like us. The chat bot just loops me back to the forum and it leaves me unable to play their games at all. It’s hurting my brain I’ve been troubleshooting for days now.
