Hi all,
Thanks for reaching out about this. When you have the chance would you mind sharing a DxDiag so we can take a look? For more details on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website.
Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread. Thanks again.

I have tried other suggestions like having no launch options or running at base clock speeds on both cpu and gpu, but no go on either of those things

found someone post this https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Apex-wont-launch-on-my-account-but-will-with-another/m-p/9567942#M85344
is it possible that accounts are corrupted on your end?

Thanks! I appreciate it.
Have you had the chance to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to test and see if that makes any difference? For more information on how to set one up check out the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still seeing any crashes happening afterward.

I just wanted to say there is a post by EA_David concerning this issue with few people on it though. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Info-Gathering-PC-Crashing-before-getting-to-lobby/m-p/9543045#M84786

Here's my dx diag file, I'll go ahead and note that making another account did NOT work for me.
