When did this start for you?: On tuesday after updating to the Aftermarket update.
Approximately what % of the time does this happen?: 100%. Haven't been able to get past the loading screen a single time since I updated.
After updating the game to the most recent one (being the Aftermarket one) I launch Apex Legends, get to the loading screen with the spinning dot/line, said spinning dot/line freezes, then the game crashes with no error code and origin reopens. I have never had this problem at all until I got the Aftermarket update. It also happens every single time I open the game, and at the same spot.
After reading this post I figured I'd make a new account to see if it would launch, and sure enough it did. which is great I guess, but now that leads me to believe that my main account is the issue. How? I have a b s o l u t e l y no idea. And that's what frustrates/dumbfounds me the most.
So to summarize
-updated Apex to aftermarket update on main account
-get to spinning dot/line loading screen
-game crashes with no error code
-origin reopens
-made a new/test account
-launched Apex
-everything worked no problem
Really hope this gets fixed soon. I've been itching to play again, but this lovely problem says otherwise. :/
