Insane loss in peak hours on Frankfurt servers

Lately I've had insane loss (usually from 20 to 70%) while playing in peak hours, and I honestly just don't know what to do. I have to leave the match and change servers to fix that (Why the hell do I have to restart the game or turn off the internet connection to do that, anyways?). That's really annoying but I can somewhat live with that. The real issue is when that happens in a comp match. I can't leave nor can I be even somewhat useful when every opponent is constantly teleporting all over my screen. I've played like that for a couple of months now, hoping that was only a temporary issue but it's still not been fixed and I don't know what to do anymore. I know that's almost 100% the issue specifically with the game/servers since the loss doesn't appear in any other games/anywhere else at all. The issue is also almost always accompanied by a "Server full." message after restarting the game. I play on Frankfurt servers. Any feedback would be really appreciated since I've been afraid to play comp for more than 3 splits now.
