There are steps that need to be taken when it coms to situation like this.
Look for the steps that is marked with Premium currency or items purchased with real-world money on EA Support.
If the situation isn't resolved based on the few steps shown, see if contacting support with whatever platform you're using to purchase Apex Coins. (i.e Xbox, PlayStation or Steam)

@TheRedLion93 So nothing has been debited from my account yet because the order is still open because I couldn't get into the menu to select my bank account. I've tried several times now but I'm always skipped straight to the Apex coins purchase screen

Usually in situations like this you need to wait at least 24 hours for the transaction to go through and then receive your content.
Mind if I ask where did you purchase the Apex Coins and on what platform?- 2 years ago@TheRedLion93
but nothing will change if I wait because I didn't have to enter my bank account details and I was thrown straight out of this menu and only have open orders and I bought them through EA- 2 years ago@MjuFlax
