Instruction at 0x0000.... error
So after trying most of the options in the community crashing troubleshooting guide I got back to receiving the "instruction at 0x00000..." error. This has happened to me in seemingly random triggers...

Can you try installing the latest Windows Update to see if you still get this error?
Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to pull it up.
