Internet is fine. I get connected to games with 176+ ping and 34-50ms loss/choke

I'm connected to a low ping data center 30-50ms with 0 choke. However, when I play matches whether it's arena or battleroyale my ping spikes to 300 and the loss/choke at 30+. I tried 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 on my dns config but it didn't fix it. I played other online games like overwatch, csgo and dota 2 and there was'nt any lag/choke. I tried other datacenters with low ping and 0 choke but it lags as well. I need help.
