Invalid Account - Xbox One

I'm stuck on the loading screen because when I load up it says invalid account and to go on help.ea.com which is not helpful at all. I've been trying to connect for weeks. I don't own any other EA ga...

Hello, So I played Apex Legends from February 2020 to April 22 without any problem on Xbox One. My Gamertag is "Immune2Sarcasm" (10 Years Old atleast). On April 23 2020, when opening Apex Legends, I have gotten the message "This account is invalid. Please visit help.EA.com for more information." I have already made a case which I have gotten no help, I tried to sign in through my xbox live account on EA and it says ineligible account. I have tried the power cycle and clear mac address step under answers for EA Help. I have tried everything. Loudly crying face

I have been having the exact same issue. Out of the blue last week it says my account is invalid when I've been playing Apex since it came out. I finally got the twitter help page to tell me that there is a hotmail account linked to my gamertag, I've never had a hotmail. But microsoft purchased hotmail a few years back. I never had to link my EA account to my Microsoft account and have been playing multiple EA games for years and I have EA access. I'm thinking that Microsoft auto generated hotmail accounts and linked them to gamertags/EA accounts and now they are having some kind of issue, maybe deleting old hotmail accounts. Long story short I've still had no help and can't play Apex but this is the info ive gotten/think if it helps anyone.
