Invalid Account - Xbox One

I'm stuck on the loading screen because when I load up it says invalid account and to go on help.ea.com which is not helpful at all. I've been trying to connect for weeks. I don't own any other EA ga...

@ItsLoucifer For anyone that hasn’t gotten this resolved yet, try resetting your EA password.
