Inventory covered by popup

Whenever I hover over items in my inventory, the popup it shows now fully covers my inventory. I play on 16:10 aspect ration and it makes using my inventory pretty much a nightmare.
It also bugs out when holding items to drag them out of my inventory. It doesnt show where i need to drag it to, and the icon of the thing I drag rarely shows up.
