Is my account that I’ve spent 600$+ on stuck on Xbox

I had my level 300 account on an old ea account on my Xbox then I switched to pc (steam) and had 2 different ea accounts and when I heard about cross progression I assumed I wouldn’t be able to merge so I made a new steam account to put on to my old ea Xbox account so my items would transfer but I made it October 31st so are my items stuck on my Xbox? Did I just lose all my stuff?
