Is the server select screen accurate?

I am always showing high packet loss on the server select screen. When I do a trace however I do not see this and playing through Haste shows no or very little packet loss in the post ga...

Ah, I see. I had it backwards.

@EA_Kent I'm only seeing it on the server select screen rarely in game. Can be as high as 12% on the loading screen yet game is ok. I play on PC. It doesn't happen at all if I play through vpn so maybe something to do with the isp routing, regardless I'd say there is something wrong with the server select screen code.
