Issue on bloodhound pack

good afternoon, I have a problem, I bought the bloodhound pack that was on sale just one hour ago, the pack at its description says that 1000 apex coins are included in the pack, I didn't receive the apex coins just the skin... it is not a rare issue, I bought the lifeline pack a time ago and I didn't receive the coins, So I really need an answer to this problem.
