While you've mentioned your console account was already linked to this same EA account before Cross Progression went into effect back in late 2023, it doesn't look like this account had ever launched Apex on that platform until the end of that year.
This would indicate if you played Apex on that platform at all before that point, it would have been linked to a different EA account at the time.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support this way to see if the original platform can be re-linked.
I've already made one, maybe a couple of days before I sent my prior message, and I sent another maybe 3 days after you replied, and still got nothing back. Am I supposed to get an email or check my cases? I've checked my cases, and nothing new came up.
