@EA_MakoI got the prompt earlier today. When I merged my accounts, I can’t open any of the top tabs such as the store and the legends. I was hoping it would just go away but it’s been like this for a couple hours now. I am assuming all my cosmetics are gone. It’s a bummer cause I just bought the new battle pass and I think I lost all the skins that came with it. Let me know if I can fix this.
I have been playing apex on my Xbox recently. And that’s what I’ve been buying things on. It took my account from my PlayStation because it was a higher level.
- 2 years ago@SwagMASTER2539 Aw man so you got the prompt indicating your accounts were all merged and that triggered the tabs bug?? This bug has been around for 7 months now. There is a megathread for this bug. We were told that cross progression was going to fix the issue but that's doesn't seem to be the case.

@Kstan777 Yah super annoying. I don’t even know if cross progression worked like it was supposed to because I can’t even check lol

Hi @EA_Mako,
I appear to have lost all my progression on this account due to me unlinking my psn.
I originally unlinked because I was trying to get all my progression under 1 ea account since I have 2. I had already linked my steam to my main email that I use and wanted to get everything under my current email I use now. To my surprise nothing transferred over after getting the prompt so I switched my psn back to the original account (this one) and I still am level 1 with absolutely nothing.

Please help me out here. I really don’t want to have to rank back up to level 50 to play ranked again, and I really would like my cosmetics and legends that I spent a lot of time unlocking.
