Have you had a chance to look through the guides below? They should go into more detail about what may have caused this to happen, as it sounds like you may have linked your PS4 account from a separate EA account.

@EA_Mako i have been told that before but currently i cannot unlink my ps4 account from the account it is on rn and link it to another, i also dont know what account it may have been linked to before as i have alot of gmails.
