Have you had a chance to look through the guides below? They should go into more detail about what may have caused this to happen, as it sounds like you may have linked your PS4 account from a separate EA account.

@EA_Mako hello i just tried linked my ps4 to another ea account and it said it can only be linked to 1 account in its lifetime so i assume its the right one.
