Issues after Cross Progression is activated on your account? Check here first!

i played on Xbox and then i switched on PC i played from Origin. After a while i swapped to Steam having there most of my games and all accounts linked there. When Origin was cut out for EAapp, my xbox account remained linked to my old Origin, and on the EA one i had my other Microsoft account randomly linked automatically (i guess the process or bot got the data from the email registered instead of directly from the Origin Account?). I had to unlink my xbox account from everything old and pair it to my actual EA account but obviously i didn't get any cross progression at all.
It's since november i'm trying to solve this thru customer service but after 6 months i'm still here waiting support without all my old progress.
