Community ManagerWhat's the status regarding players who have lost their gun/legend skins, player level, and all stats after using cross-progression? Is EA/Respawn looking for a way to get those items moved over or are we just out of luck and have to accept losing everything we played for?
Community ManagerIf you've lost content due to unlinking an account, that's not something that can be moved over for you, afraid not.
You would need to re-link your accounts to the original EA account where their progress was first earned to attempt to recover access to that progress.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
It looks like your PSN account was just recently linked to your current EA account, so whatever progress you had there would still be back on the previous EA account. There is not a way to transfer that progress from one EA account to another, so you would need to try re-linking your PSN to the original EA account to try recovering any progress.
