Help me i just merged my ps4 and steam account and i lost everything i had. i lost my skins, my heroes, my level and i am panicking right now!!!!

I lost all my items, i had ps4 account and pc account on same email, i only got the ps4 items and not the ones from pc account.. what can i do?
