Map glitches/ looks terrible

My game is literally unplayable RN. It starts off like in the picture with a bunch of like pixilated spots around the maps but after like 2-3 games the maps become like a bright color making it hard to see anything and I don't know how to fix it cause I don't thinks it's Nvidia cause it's only apex where I have this problem.
