It looks like your Steam must have been linked to a different EA Account actually, as Apex was launched via Steam for the first time from this particular account within the past couple months.
It sounds like you'd played on Steam prior to that, so it would have been linked to another EA Account if that's the case.
You'd need to try re-linking your Steam to the original EA Account where that progress was made to attempt restoring access.
Please keep in mind the potential issues that can arise from unlinking accounts, and get in touch with our support team directly if you need any assistance getting the original accounts linked back up.
So the actual account in question was deleted by an agent because of the fraud issues and i wanted to Merge them, Had he disclosed at that time that i would have lost my progress I wouldnt have confirmed the delete. I was informed that i was going to be able to merge my 2 EA accts, is that not the case?

Not in the way you may be thinking, unfortunately.
Merging EA accounts really just involves moving the games from one to the other in situations where you have your game collection spread across different accounts, but this isn't possible for all titles (Apex being one) and your progress would be lost in that situation as well.
There isn't a way to transfer the progress itself from one EA Account to another when it comes to Apex content I'm afraid.

Well, that's a bummer.. not your fault just disappointed that i lost a lot of exclusive skins like Wattson's Static Maiden outfit and basically all the legends i had unlocked up until that point. Thank you for helping clarify what the other agent should have noted. If i remember correctly he said its impossible to move games over and that was the main reason for my "merger" in the first place. I had games on both account and it was getting confusing. sorry for the rant. thanks for helping with my issues though.

Hey @Leanzup,
Just looking at the account, it seems that your Xbox was unlinked from this EA Account at the time Cross Progression went through earlier in the year. I'm also seeing a Steam account was unlinked a short time afterwards.
While it looks like the Xbox account was later re-linked, keep in mind that unlinking any accounts can result in losing access to that progress as outlined in this article.
Was most of your progress made on a particular platform, or had you played across multiple platforms?
