Which platform(s) did you play Apex on, and roughly how long have you played before noticing this?

I see a Steam profile being added just a few months back, but if you've played on other platforms or before that point, it was likely under a different EA Account.

@EA_Mako i played apex in playstation 4-5 years ago and then i made a new ea acc n linked it w my steam thats the acc u are talking about. but thats not the issue . i saw the skins that i got on my playstation. i merged my accounts, , got my playstaiton account's level but i didnt got my skins back
