That is exactly what happens if you unlink a platform from your EA Account. Progress is stored on the EA Account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. If you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
That's explained in the warning that has to be accepted before the unlink can continue, but you can check out this page for those details as well.
The only way to try recovering that progression would be to link your PSN account back to the previous EA Account.
This would be the same situation for you as well. It looks like the EA Account you're posting with is brand new, so you would need to re-link your Xbox account back to the original EA Account it was on if you're trying to recover any items you used to have on Xbox.
There is not a way to transfer or merge any content from one EA Account to another unfortunately.
The thing is that my pc account data was connect to my Xbox account but when I login with it, it gave me this account same name none of my data saved from the pc account or my Xbox account I had is their anyway of getting the data back? The old account is the same name as this account “moflow”
If you can’t do anything could you please email the account or I could do a verification or something. It’s just that I spent a lot of money on this game and I want to keep all the item I bought so please help
