I'm on PS, I had downloaded it on Xbox when my PS4 bricked. When I got my PS5, I got the merge notification but when I merged them it didn't give me a choice and it gave me my new Xbox account as the main when it should've been the PS. I lost all legends, coins, materials..everything.

Hi @HeatwaveKP07,

It looks like the oldest Apex account on this EA Account was the Xbox account, though I do see the PSN account linked later as well.

If you're missing content now, that may be due to the recent unlink. Any time you unlink an account, you risk permanently losing the content on that EA Account.

You can try re-linking the accounts to see if that content reappears, please contact support directly if you need any help with that process. We wouldn't be able to manually restore anything separately I'm afraid.

  How was my PS linked after when I played PS first and then bought my xbox? the user name used to be Talvo07. it wasnt under HeatwaveKP until i got my xbox and changed all my usernames to the same thing. Xbox isnt the oldest account. I want my stuff back and considering the amount of money that was spent. The only thing ive unlinked was my Xbox account. I've lost all my legends, coins, materials, everything because it automatically put my xbox account first even tho i was on my PS5 at the time.

    If that's the case, you may want to check for any other EA Accounts or emails you may have had in the past as well.
    
    This particular EA Account had launched Apex on Xbox over a full year before it was launched on any PlayStation device.
