Community ManagerLike ive said its because my ps bricked and i hadnt gotten a new one. Im back on my ps and thats when I tried to merge my apex stuff and it merged my xbox as main even tho my ps4 apex was older and had more things. [edit: email address removed] is the email it should be under, ive tried to merge my EA accounts but no one responds or they stop answering and just close the case.
Community ManagerUnfortunately there is not a way to merge separate EA Accounts if they have certain titles, including Apex Legends.
If you have Apex progress on multiple EA Accounts there is not a way to combine that to a single account.
If there's an older account your PSN was linked to, we'd need to make sure your PSN is re-linked back to the original account to try restoring access to whatever content you had there initially.
I haven’t played Apex since after season 14 and just got back to it after a while. I noticed there’s been Level Prestige and Cross Progression. I used to play on PS4 and now I play on Xbox Series S. I merged my account from PS4, and I am missing the Legendary R301 reactive skin(Honored Prey) from Season 1 Premium Battlepass. I do remember buying it because after I merged accounts I found the rest of the Premium Battlepass rewards linked all the way back from S1. Is there anything Respawn can do to help?
