Unfortunately, there are no alternatives here. There is not a way to transfer or merge your content between two separate EA Accounts, so re-linking the originals would be the only option to try recovering access.
You may be able to contact support directly to see if they have any options available regarding the re-linking cooldown period.
It looks like your PSN account was linked to a different EA Account prior to being linked to the current one. Any time you unlink an account, you're losing access to the content that was earned there.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. The only way to try restoring any missing content is to re-link the original accounts. It is not possible to transfer content between separate accounts.

Yeah my ps account was connected with diffirent ea account, but a year ago i re-linked my both original accounts (EA account and playstation account that had stuff) and everything was fine had items and everything.
Then should I try to re-link again with that diffirent ea account or with original one?

@noico963 This part would be the key. Whichever EA accounts each of these others were linked to prior to connecting them here would need to be re-linked with the original platforms.
