I recently went on Apex again after a long time, and I found that my progress got reset to what it was before I linked my xbox account. I checked the game on my xbox and it also had my pc progress. I merged my accounts correctly when account merging came out and I was level 300 on my pc and xbox, and now im level 40 on both. When I check EA, both of my accounts are still linked correctly

@Nixcsz If you haven't already, I would contact EA Support here regarding issues with Cross Progression.

Ik it's been three weeks, sorry. They turned out to be no help, they said i linked and unlinked my steam account, which caused me to lose progress. That did not happen, I had the same account linked since cross progression became a thing

Just to confirm, were you mostly missing your Xbox progress? I see that platform was linked around the time of Cross Progression last year, while the Steam was unlinked/linked shortly after that, when Cross Progression had already begun. For the Xbox progress however, it doesn't look like Apex had been launched on Xbox with this EA account until very recently. That would suggest if you played on Xbox in the past, it must have been linked to a different EA account, which would also explain the missing progress.
You would need to try and locate the original EA account and see if linking the Xbox back there would restore the progress. This won't be something we can change here I'm afraid.
Unfortunately it looks like both your PSN and Steam accounts were unlinked from your EA account just after our Cross Progression announcement last year.
Any time this happens, there's a chance your progress will be lost permanently, as outlined both in the warnings that must be accepted when unlinking an account, or the page here for the full details.
If you've re-linked the platforms to their original EA account and progress has not been restored, I'm afraid that would be lost.
