@EA_Mako this was my original account but when apex launched it was never required to have an EA account listed. So you're telling me all the money I dumped into the skins and content over the course of a few years have been completely lost??
Apex has always required an EA account. If you tried to launch any EA title on a console without being linked to an EA account, it would prompt you to log in for that link.
If you had ever launched an EA title before Apex, it's likely it was linked at that time and never appeared as a separate prompt when playing Apex.
If there was content lost due to an account being unlinked and re-linking doesn't restore it, I'm afraid we'd have no way to recover that content.

@EA_Mako When apex first launched there was never a required linking for an EA account. In any regard there's only two emails that could have been used either my psn credentials or my main email and that's linked to my pc account. Since neither account has the items I know I've gotten This was a major fumble.

Sorry @suicidedelta69,
This has always been required for Apex, since launch. The only way you wouldn't have been prompted to log into an EA account would be if your PSN was already linked to an EA account prior to that.
It's not possible to launch Apex without being linked to an EA account.
Unfortunately it looks like there was an unlink here shortly after our Cross Progression announcement towards the end of last year, so if this was the original account and the content is no longer appearing, it's most likely due to that unlink.

@EA_Mako I didn't even have access to my playstation last year. I was on pc where I was checking things out but I'm using an entirely different account.
