We're only able to support English language posts here, sorry.

If you've unlinked any accounts from your EA account, your progress would be lost.

Progress cannot be transferred from one account to another account. You would need to re-link to your original EA account(s) to try recovering any missing content.

If you have any issues re-linking your accounts please reach out to support so they can help get your platform account back to its original EA account.

It's connected here now, but was it ever connected to a different account?

This is typically why we'll see progress go missing. If you unlinked it from somewhere else to link it here instead, your progress would be lost.

    Hey @souikun,
    
    It looks like both your PSN and Steam accounts were unlinked from this EA account in the past however, which will cause progress to be lost.
    
    If you've re-linked them and this was the original account, but you still have progress missing, unfortunately that won't be anything we can restore.
    
    Any unlinking can cause progress to be permanently lost, especially with Apex.
