@EA_Mako I've never connected to a different account. This PS account is the only account I own

Hey @souikun,

It looks like both your PSN and Steam accounts were unlinked from this EA account in the past however, which will cause progress to be lost.

If you've re-linked them and this was the original account, but you still have progress missing, unfortunately that won't be anything we can restore.


Any unlinking can cause progress to be permanently lost, especially with Apex.

    @ソイクン Is my APEX account, which I've been working for a few years, permanently deleted? The account that was charging tens of thousands of yen was a game glitch?

    @souikun none of these people will help you, their system deleted my playstation progress because of "dormancy" but won't do anything to reinstate my account. Their greedy is sickening.
