Hey @nebbiio,
Please keep in mind that it's not possible to transfer any progress from one EA account to another.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
It sounds like that may be the case here, as while your attachment shows you've linked the accounts, this isn't the original account that had your Xbox progress, so it won't be possible to merge or transfer that to the same account. You would need to move your Xbox account back to whichever EA account it was linked to originally to try recovering the Xbox content.

Please see the above as well as the same situation will apply.
Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer or merge your progress across EA accounts simply by linking a platform to a different account. That will only result in a loss of progress as outlined here and in the disclaimer that must be accepted when unlinking any account.
Hi @EA_Mako , how would I know which email my Xbox account was originally linked too? I'm sure I've always used the same email for this. I need to know for sure because i wont be able to relink to another account for 6 months after doing so. Please let me know as soon as you're available, Thanks.

Hi @nebbiio,
It would just be a matter of trying any other emails or accounts that may have been used for an EA account in the past.
The one you're using currently has never launched Apex on Xbox, so it must have been linked somewhere else before this one. We wouldn't be able to provide specific account details here, but if you have any trouble recovering, accessing, or re-linking an account, it would be best to get in touch with support so they can help track that down.- 2 months ago
@EA_Mako Would I be able to bypass the 6 month timer if I was to change the email on this account? Rather than signing in to another account and relinking? I cant seem to find any live chat anywhere.

Changing your email does not change which platform accounts are linked, nor would it change what information is stored on your account. It would still be the same account, you'd just be updating the login email. So no, unfortunately that wouldn't have any impact on your linked accounts, progress, or that 6-month re-link cooldown.
In that case it would still be best to speak with support to see if they have any other options around getting the correct accounts linked even if you have that re-link timer active currently. If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
