I already posted one like this but I got no help, I can not get into apex legends. I try and an error pops up after the game tries to load on pc. I tried everything the last mod had to say and they told me to reach out if nothing works (nothing did work) and I still can not play apex 2 days later... The error is attached below. As I already stated, I tried everything, and I don't know how to contact apex themselves. Can anyone help me?

Sadly nothing worked, but I was wondering. Is there a way to contact EA to fix this?
I am guessing there is a conflict of some kind there, so I'm not sure its something EA help can directly 'fix'.
If you have tried everything, have you tried uninstalling the game and installing and running it through Steam? Are you using a vpn?
You could also have a look at this page, there is an EA "contact us" button at the botton of the page.
I cannot run it through steam because the account was linked to my school email (im dumb and a minor) so the email will get deleated when im 18 and graduated... So I decided to deleate it off steam and get the ea's app instead. Which is linked to my old playstation accound (1000s of hrs on it) and now it wont work after it worked for like 2 days. Im not using a vpn and thanks for the contact us option!
Also I just tried the contact us and it is just ai that leads me to no answer...
There is a help webform you could try. I cant help with the link and unlinking as I find that all a bit too confusing 😁
