Issues with cross progression

Initial unlinking is typically not recommended, as in cases like this it results in losing your items and progress and we are unable to guarantee anything can be returned.

Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account

However, As your account has already been unlinked from its original EA account and linked to a different one you don't have your progress or items. If you want to attempt to restore your progress/items you would want to relink the Xbox account back to its original EA account.

If you wish to use all of your accounts on one EA account for Cross Progression, then you would not be able to attempt to restore your content. Whichever route you want to go with would be up for you to decide.

@EA_IlliumSo you’re telling me to unlink and then relink it to another EA account? I thought that was frown upon

@EA_Illium I had recently unlinked and linked the wrong EA account, can you help me with the wait time?

  Apologies for being the bearer of bad news, but we are unable to remove cool-down periods with linking accounts as this is a security feature. We would simply need to wait for the stated time before linking it to the correct account.
