it’s saying my login credentials have expired

its giving me a pop up saying my login credentials are expired and It’s saying i need to reset my password (i’ve done it twice) but i’m still getting the pop up i can’t access the game at all. Im on...

    Hey @spiritify2,

    If you're seeing this message on PS4, please be sure you're resetting the password for the correct account.

    You can reset your EA Account password with these steps, and once you've logged into your EA Account you can check this page to see which other platforms have been linked to your EA Account.

    In this case, I'm not seeing any PlayStation accounts connected to your current posting account, so that seems to be attached to a different EA Account and you'll need to get that password reset to continue.

    You can try logging in on the EA Help site using your PlayStation account login information rather than your EA Account info. That should take you to the account where you've linked your PlayStation account as well.

    If you no longer have access or otherwise run into any trouble with this, please reach out to support directly so they can take a closer look at the account, thanks!
