I ran into a problem after restoring a hacked account, trying to launch in the lobby, at first I thought it was just some internal errors in the game due to a long search, and network problems, a month later I went to the shooting range, the ping was about 200-300, although it was usually about 60-90, I started contact technical support, they wrote that the problem was in the DNS profile, and after numerous manipulations the problem remained, it did not go away, after I asked my sister to log in from her account, and she was able to launch in the lobby, I realized that the problem was already directly in the account, and not in the equipment, this the problem was tracked both in the steam client and in the EA client for the game, realizing that the account was kicked out of the lobby along with the players, I decided to write here
