Items, Players and Map Objects Stuttering

I booted up Apex today and noticed that the gameplay was jarring. The reason was that items, people and map objects were all stuttering. It only happens when I am looking at the objects and strafing left and right.

I've played apex since 2020, and have never had this issue. 

Specs:
CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900 @ 2.50GHz (16 CPUs), ~2.5GHz,
Memory: 32Gb DDR4; 
GPU: RTX 3070 8gb
PSU: Rosewill 720 watts

The game is installed on a PCIE solid state drive. 

The only recent changes were 1) I got a new case for my PC, so I just took apart the PC and put it back together. However, I built it, and I'm unsure of what I could have done in the changeover that could be causing this issue. 2) I just updated to Windows 11. I've seen several instances where Windows 11 prevented Apex from running correctly. However, I am at a loss about how it could be causing this issue.
