It's saying I must have an account to play but I do and it won't let me log in

Reset my password restarted my console I’m on Xbox and it didn’t fix it

Ive yet to have anyone from ea reach out to me after putting in a request its been a few days

This solution hasn't worked for me. Are there any other options without having to uninstall/reinstall and then try logging back in again?

Using PS4.

But how do I link my ea account to my ps4?

Xbox One, I've reset my password and still cant get past the home screen 

@everydayimmortal Yeah and when they do get back to you all they will say is reset 6our password or some other nonsense automated response, then they make bots post comments saying " oh I reset my password and I'm back in the game thank you ea_ [Admin - removed]
