Just bought 113 AUD worth of Apex Coins and didn't receive it

When I bought it I accepted the transaction on commbank app and the pop-up message from the EA website said it will be instantly transferred to my account, I haven't received it and idk what to do. This is where I bought it from https://store.ea.com/apex-legends/en

Have you received your Apex coins since you made this post? If not, just to check, what platform do you usually play on? Steam/EA app/PlayStation etc.?
