It's saying I must have an account to play but I do and it won't let me log in

My account won't let me log in and it says I must have an account to play what do I do?

    If you're still running into this error after you've tried updating your password please get in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. Unfortunately we don't have the ability to look into an account-related issue here on Answers HQ. 

    If you need more information on how to reach the team check out the EA Help website. They also work on Facebook and Twitter as well if you'd rather speak with them on one of those platforms.

    i play on pc and i am just having this issue now. it says enable steam overlay i have it enabled but still cant do anything about it

    This is an EA issue purely on their end, they messed something up but want the end user to try and fix it..

    This is tied to the crap-tastic EA App issues I am sure happening right now, cause even though the EA App wont launch, or just shows "beta" for me, launching Apex just sits with the spinning circle before you can tab to choose servers.

    EA, fix YOUR crap, and stop making users run through hoop's to try and fix things for you.

    Resolution: To this issue is to log into your EA account go to accout settings, then connections & link the said platform you are trying to play from through EA's website. Absolutely stupid we have to do this but this will resolve your issue.
