I have been using the skin and trying it out in the firing range and after killing dummies it has not been evolving after each kill, I am making this post in case others are having the same issue.

I only ask as some things will occasionally work differently when in the firing range.
If you also see this happen once you start racking up the kills in other modes, please do let us know. If you create a topic in the bug report boards it'll gather some additional information so we can better investigate. Thanks for taking the time to let us know about this!
