Logged into my account today and got a weird message that rank split was again, to find my level progress gone and reset to level 1 basic new player. my battle pass is reset. I’m level 1356 and no it’s not the level up 1. It’s the basic, I can’t do anything but go into training mode. Everything else is locked. Can someone help.
