As for the ban, if you believe it was applied in error, I’m afraid bans and appeals can’t be reviewed or handled here on the forums. In that case, the best next step would be to go through the support team directly through this webform.

Sorry to hear that. I can understand how frustrating that must be, especially when it ends up costing you RP on top of the disconnect.

If this is happening repeatedly, could you let us know whether you’re seeing any error code or message when the disconnect happens? That may help narrow it down a bit further.
