Just lost years of progress on PS5 due to cross progression.

A few thousands dollars worth of skins, mythics, progress, etc all gone. This is not ok in any capacity and if not fixed will definitely get into some legal issues because im not losing thousands of dollars over your mistakes lmao.

    Hey @gabeygard,

    In your situation, it looks as though your current EA account has received Cross Progression already, but I'm seeing you had linked your PSN account earlier this month.

    Keep in mind that progress does not transfer from one EA account to another. If you had progress on your PSN account, that would still be available on the EA account where that was originally earned. It cannot be transferred to a different EA account.

    In this case to recover the progress you previously had on PlayStation, you would need to move that PSN account back to the original EA account. If you run into any trouble with that process, you can get in touch with our support team for more assistance.

    This would be the same situation for you. It looks like your Xbox account was linked to this current EA account recently, so your progress would still be on the original EA account. You'll need to re-link your Xbox account to the original EA account to recover that progress.

  • Similar for me, i have xbox and steam account under one EA Account. After cross progression message i got my lowest level on xbox and steam. Now i cant play with my original account with 500+ level and all my cosmetics missing..

    If you didn't receive the prompt in the main menu, then cross progression hasn't got to you yet.

    The messages you saw (Like I said before in my previous post) was just a message announcement in the game itself.

  • @EA_Mako i wanted all my progress on my new ea account, which should be this one im logged into, but everything that on was on my PS5 account is just gone, so im not understanding where it went, because its not on that old account. Because all of my content on my PS5 account is not on this new EA account which its linked too.
