Hacked and banned account

So like 2 months ago my steam account got banned, EA account was connected to steam and the hacker got into my EA account and i cant unlink the acc or get into it since he added his own email confirmation and removed mine. I can provide all of my past information from that account and i can show u proof of the steam emails that say someone haacked it and logged in.
