Keybinds

I can’t change my keybinds in Division Rivals to the ones I use in Volta as I don’t want to move with WASD. I use the “Classic” option outside of division rivals. Whenever I try to bind my mouse it somehow says I can only bind my keyboard. How do I change it? (I’ve clicked into the controller settings screen with my mouse and still doesn’t work)
