Lag spikes and unplayable game

You're not going to get help, unfortunately.

I know this is in no way constructive, but I'm just telling you to not expect any results. EA has made it impossible to actually get in touch with them on their "help" section and will just revert you to forums.

I've been having the same issue as you for weeks and there's nothing I can do about it. I actually got an email this morning with a warning because I was complaining about the lag in a match (I said the "F" word while complaining about lag! Oh no!).

Completely ridiculous that EA will give you zero support and will give you a warning for using a "bad word" when they do literally nothing to improve their games anymore. As long as the cash cow keeps milking, who cares about the players, right? Terrible support, terrible company.
