Lagging / 100% CPU Usage [FIX]

Today I fired up APEX afer a quite a while and it was unplayable. Quickly found out, apex was draining 100% cpu usage. After tinkering around a bit, trying the usual stuff, restart, launch as admin...

This can also point to a system issue so running SFC is recommended.
