Lag/stuttering after latest patch - anyone having same issue?

After the latest update ( new Loba heirloom ) my game keeps stuttering / lagging but very heavily to the point where the game is not playable. Never had this kind of lags before so it is not my PC, b...

@JayPaf Thanks for the post. I suspect it's mostly update day stresses and hopefully will have sorted itself out by now. Do you see the same issues today?

    @stobeh Yeah same, but I don't have any solutions and so the comment is rather moot.
